My name is Jakub. I’m a founder, a student and I have a full-time job on the side. Most weeks come to around 80 hours, and I train five times a week. There’s no room for an hour in the kitchen every day.
I tried to eat right. But I couldn’t find any real food that was simple and actually covered what I needed.
So I did what a lot of people do: shakes and protein milk on their own, several times a day. The protein went in, but my stomach said no. More than once I wondered if I’d make it to the toilet.
I filled in the rest of my nutrition with supplements. A shelf of tubs, with side effects thrown in. The magnesium I took for cramps gave me an upset stomach every evening.
So I sat down and did the maths. I didn’t need more protein. I needed protein together with fat and fibre, in real food and without empty calories. Oats, bran, nuts and protein crisps, put together so one meal covers a lot of what I need in a day.
The result is P60: 150 g and about 60 g protein in one pouch. Pour it into a bowl with milk or yoghurt, or take P60T to work and add water. When you need a bit less, there’s P45.
I made it because I needed it myself. Maybe you do too.
