Why ACTL
My name is Jakub and I make ACTL in Bergen. Founder, student and a full-time job: around 80 hours a week and five training sessions. I couldn’t find any actual food that was simple and covered what I needed. So I made it.

What is P60?
150 g of real food in one pouch. About 60 g protein in the pouch, 80 g with protein milk. High fibre, vitamins and minerals. Source of omega-3 fatty acids from linseed. With protein milk or yoghurt, or water for P60T.
What’s the difference between P60 and P60T?
P60 is eaten with protein milk or yoghurt. P60T has milk powder and a spoon in the pouch. Just add water. P60T comes in all three flavours. From NOK 59 per pouch.
How many pouches should I eat?
It depends on your body and your goal. Most people replace breakfast or lunch. At most 2 pouches a day. The calculator works out what you need.
Where does the protein come from?
Soya protein crisps, soya protein isolate, nuts, oats, bran and linseed. Protein milk or yoghurt adds more. No meat or fish.
Which vitamins and minerals do I get?
From the food in the pouch: manganese, copper, phosphorus, iron, folate, magnesium, zinc, selenium, vitamin B1, vitamin B6, niacin and potassium. From the salt: chloride. From the milk or yoghurt: calcium, iodine, vitamin B2 and vitamin B12. Added: vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K, beta-carotene (vitamin A), biotin and niacin. Each of them covers at least 15% of the reference intake per meal. Vitamin D can’t be added in Norway, so take cod liver oil in winter. In P60T, calcium, iodine, B2 and B12 come from the milk powder in the pouch.
Is anything missing?
Vitamin D. Take cod liver oil or a supplement in winter. Eat vegetables and a varied diet for the rest of the day.
Which allergens does it contain?
Soya, oats and wheat (gluten), nuts and milk. Peanut and caramel has peanuts and walnuts, but no cashew. All flavours may contain traces of peanut.
How does the sample pack work?
