What is the difference between P60T and P60?
Same food. P60T has milk powder and a spoon in the pouch. Just add water. A bit more protein, because the milk is included.
Where do I use it?
In the car, at the site hut and on the trail. Wherever there is no fridge or bowl.
How many pouches should I eat?
No more than 2 a day. The nutrition check works out what you need.
Which vitamins and minerals do I get?
From the food in the pouch: manganese, copper, phosphorus, iron, folate, magnesium, zinc, selenium, vitamin B1, vitamin B6, niacin and potassium. From the salt: chloride. From the milk powder in the pouch: calcium, iodine, vitamin B2 and vitamin B12. Added: vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K, beta-carotene (vitamin A), biotin and niacin. Each of them covers at least 15% of the reference intake per meal. Vitamin D can’t be added in Norway, so take cod liver oil in winter.
