Questions about P60
How much protein do I get?
About 60 g in the pouch. With 330 ml protein milk it is 80 g. With 300 ml Greek yoghurt about 85 g.
What is the difference between P60 and P60T?
Same food. P60 is eaten with protein milk or yoghurt. P60T has milk powder and a spoon in the pouch, so you just add water.
How many pouches should I eat?
No more than 2 a day. Most people replace breakfast or lunch. The nutrition check works out what you need.
Which vitamins and minerals do I get?
From the food in the pouch: manganese, copper, phosphorus, iron, folate, magnesium, zinc, selenium, vitamin B1, vitamin B6, niacin and potassium. From the salt: chloride. From the milk or yoghurt: calcium, iodine, vitamin B2 and vitamin B12. Added: vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K, beta-carotene (vitamin A), biotin and niacin. Each of them covers at least 15% of the reference intake per meal. Vitamin D can’t be added in Norway, so take cod liver oil in winter.
Is anything missing?
Vitamin D. Take cod liver oil or a supplement in winter. You get B12 and iodine from the protein milk or yoghurt.
